Bids and Awards

1. Prepare list of prospective bidders for approval of BAC Committee
2. Invite prospective subcontractor to Bid for the project short listing of interested subcontractor's
3. Facilitate to conduct of pre bid conference conference meeting
4. Issued Bid documents. bid plans and technical specifications.
5. Prepare abstract of Bid and check the co-completeness of bid
6. Notify subcontractor for clarificatory Meeting
7. Assist the BAC in the preparation of bidding Documents;
8. Assist the BAC in the conduct of eligibility screening of prospective bidders and in the shortlisting of prospective bidder's
9. Conduct site Inspection/Office Visit as part of Accreditation as well as pre-qualification process.

• Graduate of BS in civil Engineering or other related fields in engineering license is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
