Job Title: Technical Product & QA Intern (Hybrid, Singapore) We are looking for a hands-on and curious Technical Product & QA Intern to support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and client onboarding for our AI products. Key Responsibilities: QA & Product Testing Deployment & Technical Support Provide client support during onboarding and early-stage product usage Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently Security & Reliability Checks Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields. Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and learning new tools quickly Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Basic understanding of APIs, networking, Linux, or Windows troubleshooting is a plus Interest in AI, LLMs, and automation tools
