**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in technical program management.
+ 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

+ Experience building and managing technical teams within high-growth or fast-paced startup environments.
