Key Responsibilities
- Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- Track program progress, report status updates, and escalate issues as needed to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and implementing best practices in program management.
- Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business goals and customer requirements.
