Opportunity Description
Scope:
Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow programs and projects across implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.Own project governance including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and exposure to modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITOM.Drive delivery excellence and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.Manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless coordination between business and technical stakeholders.Establish structured project controls, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.Technical Knowledge:
