This Technical Project Manager role is a mid‑senior level, 6–7-month contract focused on supporting HR and Workplaces technology initiatives, with equal emphasis on delivering a ServiceNow integration and managing demand intake and prioritization. The position requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution across multiple teams and vendors, ensure accountability to timelines, and build scalable processes, including change management plans and a sustainable post‑go‑live operating model. In parallel, the PM will establish structured governance for incoming work, run backlog prioritization, and improve the quality and clarity of project requests, ensuring alignment with business value and capacity.
