Role Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities
• Develop deep knowledge of your supported Talent Communities to match candidates with the right roles

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversati...
