Technical Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team in a remote, offshore capacity, supporting our Canadian Oil & Gas and Mining recruitment teams nationwide.

This role focuses on supporting Recruitment Consultants by managing early-stage sourcing and coordination, allowing them to focus on client engagement, market insights, and delivery. • Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
