Opportunity Description
We're seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales team for one of our client's building automation divisions. Our client is a long-standing contractor with a strong regional footprint, deep engineering capability, and a project portfolio across commercial and industrial facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of seven account managers across the region Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and one-on-ones to drive individual performance Partner with senior leadership on territory planning, account strategy, and growth targets Engage directly on large or complex pursuits including discovery, proposal review, and negotiation Build sales playbooks, training programs, and onboarding processes for new hires QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or related technical product sales Prior people management experience leading a quota-carrying team Working knowledge of building automation systems and energy management st...
