Responsibilities

• Technical Enablement: Design and deliver in‑depth technical training covering Cisco Webex, CCaaS, APIs, integrations, and Gamma’s associated services.


• Hands‑On Training: Provide practical, lab‑based learning sessions including system configuration, provisioning, call flows, and feature demonstrations.
