Responsibilities
- Provide stellar technical service support via phone and email, delivering timely, accurate, and requested information to distributors and customers daily.
- Bridge the gap between the field and the factory by communicating directly with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring machine issues.
- Take the lead over the Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) area, manage the regional returns processing workflow, and coordinate the employee vehicle fleet for Kärcher Canada.
- Develop impactful training materials for new product launches and assist with local technical training schools as needed.
- Multi‑task efficiently to handle customer care functions, stepping out into the manufacturing environment or traveling occasionally to resolve pressing field problems.
