Manager Landscape to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include the following categories.

Support the overall operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across DHAM communities. Ensure high-quality upkeep of landscaping assets to meet community expectations. Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. Conduct inspections and supervise site teams to ensure reliable and timely service delivery.

Safeguard compliance with applicable regulations, community guidelines, and governing documents. Ensure all works adhere to landscaping codes, HSSE requirements, and Jointly Owned Property Law No 06 of 2019. Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters.
