Role Purpose


The Technical Specialist II is a customer-facing technical engineering role responsible for the design, implementation, administration, support, and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Azure, security, endpoint management, and hybrid infrastructure solutions across customer environments. The role provides technical expertise across Microsoft cloud technologies and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and well-governed solutions that support business and operational requirements.

The incumbent works closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver technical implementations, migrations, operational support, service improvements, and managed services. The role is responsible for maintaining platform stability, enhancing security posture, supporting data protection initiatives, and ensuring solutions comply with architecture, governance, and service management standards.
