Technical Staff Member, Forward Deployed AI Systems (US Gov)

This role focuses on developing and deploying applied AI systems in high-assurance, mission-critical environments, particularly in collaboration with strategic partners. As a Member of Technical Staff, you will engage in model experimentation, infrastructure development, and deployment, ensuring reliability and security in sensitive settings.

• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and research workflows.
• Design and run reinforcement learning (RL) environments for experimentation and training.
• Develop and scale model inference systems.
• Implement and maintain SDKs and integrations across frontier AI platforms.
• Build agentic systems using modern LLM stacks, including multi-agent and tools.
