Technical Superintendent (Bulk)

Oversee the technical management and maintenance of assigned bulk carrier vessels. Ensure vessels comply with international maritime regulations, class requirements and company policies. Plan, monitor and control vessel repair and maintenance activities. Prepare and manage vessel operating budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX expenditures. Coordinate and supervise dry-docking projects, repairs and upgrades. Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption and machinery efficiency. Liaise with ship crews, classification societies, flag administrations and external vendors. Investigate technical incidents, equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely procurement of spare parts, technical equipment and services. Conduct vessel inspections and provide technical support to onboard teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.
