Opportunity Description
BD Group is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Supervisor to oversee our Reactive Repairs and WIP team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing operatives and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the Reactive Repairs and WIP teams from first report through to completion.
* Supervise directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and performance.
* Conduct site visits, pre- and post-inspections, and monitor works to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Ensure accurate raising, allocation, and completion of work orders, including chasing progress and managing invoicing processes.
* Liaise with scheduling teams to ensure job specifications and durations are accurate and fit for purpose.
