Technical Supervisor for Vimec Aftersales

Elevate after-sales service with Vimec as a Technical Supervisor in Avignon, France. This role offers a unique opportunity to train partners and address technical challenges effectively.
In this position, you will report directly to the Branch Manager while working with the Global Technical Supervisor. Your key focus will be on providing necessary training, assisting partners with technical issues, and generating quotes for spare parts. Some travel across France is expected to facilitate partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Vimec partners with after-sales technical support
• Provide troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for partners
• Organize comprehensive training sessions for Vimec products
• Prepare quotes and manage spare parts orders for customers
• Validate and manage warranty claims following Vimec guidelines
Requirements:
