Job Title – Technical Supervisor
Job Role
My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a Technical Supervisor to manage and oversee one of their prestigious corporate contracts located in York. The Supervisor will be responsible for all FM building maintenance within the facility, whilst managing a team of 3 engineers, health and safety & client relations. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a strong understanding in FM M&E maintenance.
Key responsibilities
* Manage a fully integrated facilities management contract across the client’s site, encompassing hard services.
* Provide leadership on all FM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert.
* The single point of contact for all Facilities Management activities on the site, communicating daily with clients and senior leadership representatives.
