Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of Autonomous Mobility Robots (AMR), ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and service delivery. Oversee technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to operations. Plan and coordinate robot routes, usage schedules, and operational workflows in collaboration with user departments. Ensure technical issues are identified, logged, and resolved in a timely manner. Perform regular maintenance, system diagnostics, and software updates. Serve as the primary liaison with robot vendors and internal IT teams for escalated technical issues, system upgrades, and integration efforts.
