🖥️ Role:

* Technical Support / Service Desk (L1)

* Troubleshoot Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, VPN & Networking issues

* Handle tickets through ServiceNow / Remedy

* Provide support via Phone, Email & Chat

🕒 24×7 Rotational Shifts

📍 2 Months Training in Mysore
