Opportunity Description
Role: IT Helpdesk Technician (Tier 2)
Location: Barranquilla – Colombia
Onsite Requirement: Must be able to travel to the onsite location 1–2 times per week to support IT asset distribution and other activities.
Work Environment: Colombian and international teams.
Work Hours: Full-Time – Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (COL) .
Time Zone: Rotating U.S. Time Zone Schedule .
On-Call & Holiday Coverage:
While the team generally follows Colombian holidays , due to the nature of the role there may be occasions where IT team members are required to provide support during holidays or weekends as part of a rotating on-call schedule , depending on operational needs. Overtime compensation applies when applicable.
Salary Range: $4,602,000 COP per month.
