Harvey Norman is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Pukekohe store and provide software and hardware support to customers. This full-time role is essential in enhancing our Tech2Home business.

Your responsibilities will include installing software and hardware, troubleshooting issues, driving sales of Tech2Home services, and processing returns. Essential attributes include technical knowledge of computers, a current NZ Drivers Licence, and flexibility to work weekends.
