Technical Trainer

Brandt is currently looking for a Technical Trainer in our Regina location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Training Centre Manager, assess the development needs of Brandt’s C&F service technicians.
• In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required, help develop suitable instructional and evaluation materials for Brandt’s C&F service technicians related to the repair, overhaul, diagnosis, maintenance, and operation of heavy‑duty powered mobile equipment and associated attachments and technology.
• Implement the C&F service technician development program including: identifying employee development needs in all Brandt’s C&F (John Deere) dealerships; locating and/or coordinating development of professional quality curriculum; and, in collaboration with others, develop and implement the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of development training activities.
