Technical Trainer(Public Transport, Jurong)

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all technical related matters,not limited to identifying and assessing technical training needs, creatingtailored training plans, and implementing various technical training methods toenhance staffs' skills and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all services and repairs comply with manufactures guidelines and protocols
• Investigating and respond to customers feedback to team
• Ability to analyze and diagnose detective parts or components and provide effective solutions to HODs or customers
• Support HODs in addressing customer questions and complaints in relation to the our products, e.g ICE truck & bus and High Voltage vehicles
• Provide HODs support for special tools and workshop equipment
• Perform fault finding, diagnosis and repair (e.g. all ICE engine, turbo charger system, CAN bus)
