Responsibilities: Job summary: Supports workshop operations by providing technical expertise, conducting training programmes, and ensuring warranty compliance across multiple automotive franchises. This role works closely with internal teams, dealer networks, and vehicle principals to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and technical standards. Plan and conduct technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service advisors, and dealer networks.
