This role focuses on observing and documenting manufacturing processes on the floor, capturing critical tribal and legacy knowledge, and converting it into clear, structured documentation. You will work closely with operations and data management teams to develop standardized templates, support integration of documentation into an ERP system, and enable effective knowledge transfer during a facility relocation.
Responsibilities
+ Observe and document manufacturing processes directly on the shop floor from start to finish.
+ Shadow operators throughout the full production process to understand workflows, tools, and procedures in detail.
+ Capture tribal and legacy knowledge that is currently outside of formal systems such as SAP.
