Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Writer for their Atlanta, GA location. Responsibilities:
+ Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, manuals, API docs, release notes, and knowledge-base articles for internal and external partners.
+ Work at the intersection of business communication and API-driven ecosystems, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
+ Partner with Product Owners, IT, and Compliance teams to document use cases and value streams across the open finance and open banking landscape.
+ Create and manage API documentation using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Confluence, with strong proficiency in JSON and YAML.
