Highspring Canada is currently navigating a pivotal Transformation Program aimed at modernizing our operational framework, enhancing financial sustainability, and streamlining the student experience. We are seeking a proactive Technical Writer who can bridge the gap between complex administrative restructuring and clear, actionable communication. The Technical Writer is responsible for creating materials that support immediate testing, training, and adoption, while simultaneously ensuring that our system administrators can easily manage, maintain, and update this documentation long after the project lifecycle ends.
