- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Read and interpret building services and electrical drawings
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including SWA, conduit, and trunking
