Technician, Facilities Maintenance - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the facilities maintenance of Universal Kids Resort buildings and designated areas. Completes specific work orders, installations, routine/preventative maintenance and repairs as assigned including, but not limited to, masonry, tile, pavers, cubicle partitions, furniture, scenic paint, roofing, and woodwork. Handles daily repair and troubleshooting tasks from Technical Services leadership. Completes special projects and other shop work as directed by Facilities Management to uphold show quality and standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Responsible for the maintenance and repairs for rough in carpentry to include, but not limited to, framing, sheet goods, wood decking and dock work as well as repairing wood metal stud work, and trim work including various moldings, turnings, laminate application, cabinet work, and window and door installation.
