Technician (Facility Management) - One Precinct, Penang

To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day facility operation and to attend ad‑hoc facility repair maintenance activities.

To attend on helpdesk requests related to complaints or requests from end users, execute corrective maintenance, obtain verification from end users or clients for completed work orders, and submit to Supervisor for work order closing.

To execute or supervise (in‑house/outsource) routine maintenance servicing and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) as scheduled, fill out the PPM checklist, notify a superior of any deterioration or abnormalities, and compile and submit the PM checklist to Supervisor after work is completed for work order closing.

To identify and notify Supervisor on parts or materials needed for purchase for maintenance works.

To inform Supervisor of any VO opportunities and assist the Mechanical Supervisor with VO preparation works.
