Responsibilities
Carry out minor repairs on kitchen equipment and systems under guidance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Inspect kitchen equipment and operating systems regularly; identify faults and perform necessary corrective actions.
Detect potential equipment failures or unsafe conditions early and promptly report to the Food Quality Manager.
Execute preventive maintenance and calibration activities according to scheduled intervals for all kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, heat treatment machines, coffee machines, ice machines, and beverage systems.
Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maintain hygiene and operational efficiency.
Report equipment breakdowns in a timely manner and follow up on repair status until full resolution.
Conduct basic electrical maintenance, including replacement of light bulbs, sockets, and general electrical upkeep.
