Key Responsibilities Perform precision cleaning of parts using approved solvents (e.g. IPA), abrasive pads, and manual polishing methods Handle aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic components at chemical wet bench areas
Prepare sample kits, cleanroom packaging, and boxing of parts for shipment
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts remain in good condition throughout cleaning
Safely handle, use, and dispose of chemicals according to safety guidelines
Mask parts accurately for bead-blasting and other specialized processes when required
