The Opportunity We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Operations team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment and machinery to support daily production activities. The Production Technician will work closely with the Shift Leaders, Senior Foreman, Foreman, and Superintendent to ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule. About the Role As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for supporting production operations, handling machine setup and adjustments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring product quality meets the required specifications. You will also assist in preventive maintenance, production wastage monitoring, shift communication, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
