Opportunity Description
This role involves performing repairs and maintenance on Volvo Construction Equipment, including diagnostic, troubleshooting, and parts management. The technician works independently, often supervising trainee or apprentice technicians, and maintains strong customer relationships through technical expertise and clear communication.
What you will do- Plan work procedures using technical literature and personal experience.
- Provide parts recommendations, pre-order necessary parts and materials for assignments.
- Ensure all required tools and special equipment are available and properly maintained in service vehicles.
- Diagnose problems using testing & diagnostic equipment and conduct disassembly/assembly, repair, and cost estimation.
- Maintain a clean work area and field vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are returned to their proper locations in working condition.
