Bid & Proposal Governance
Review and govern all strategic bids/proposals before customer submission. Ensure alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, SCM, and Legal teams. Validate commercials, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Ensure mandatory stakeholder sign-offs prior to proposal release and order booking. Commercial & Margin Governance
Validate pricing, margin assumptions, payment terms, LD clauses, penalties, warranties, and commercial risks. Ensure adherence to minimum margin thresholds and governance policies. Identify and prevent potential revenue leakages and unplanned cost exposures. SOW & Contract Governance
Ensure detailed SOW, SLA, deliverables, exclusions, and dependencies are documented and approved. Review contractual terms for execution feasibility and commercial protection. ...
