Techno-Commercial Bid Governance Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Governance

+ Review and govern all strategic bids/proposals before customer submission.

+ Ensure alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, SCM, and Legal teams.

+ Validate commercials, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

+ Ensure mandatory stakeholder sign-offs prior to proposal release and order booking.

Commercial & Margin Governance

+ Validate pricing, margin assumptions, payment terms, LD clauses, penalties, warranties, and commercial risks.

+ Ensure adherence to minimum margin thresholds and governance policies.

+ Identify and prevent potential revenue leakages and unplanned cost exposures.

SOW & Contract Governance

+ Ensure detailed SOW, SLA, deliverables, exclusions, and dependencies are documented and approved.
