Technologist-Echocardiographer Registered Head

Job Summary
Echocardiographer Head Tech. Performs cardiac ultrasound procedures/treatments according to radiology practice standards in order to aid in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease. Performs other duties as assigned. Assists Manager in making daily schedules to make department efficient in workflow, communicates well with staff and other departments, good decision-making and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
* Organizes and coordinates daily operational functions and work flow to ensure the performance of high quality exams/treatments and the delivery of safe patient care and customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrates a thorough understanding of non-invasive cardiac and cardiac ultrasound principals/theory and utilizes the most appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures/treatments, as demonstrated by procedure/treatment results.
