Technology and Onboarding Coordinator

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 6-month contract, with potential to extend

Work Set Up: Remote – South Africa

We are looking for a Technology and Onboarding Coordinator to support seamless onboarding, offboarding, background screening, and technology administration processes across a global workforce. This role will play a key part in ensuring an efficient employee experience by coordinating IT enablement, managing technology assets and licenses, administering background and reference checks, and maintaining accurate operational records across multiple regions including South Africa and the United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will work closely with associates, clients, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, and IT partners to deliver responsive support, maintain compliance with internal processes, and ensure operational excellence across onboarding and technology-related functions.
