Technology Evangelist (Change Management &Internal Communication)

The role is part of the CTO organisation under the Group CIO and supports ArcelorMittal’s global IT and digital transformation initiatives. It focuses on structured evangelism, adoption, and engagement to ensure consistent understanding and uptake of Group technology strategies across business segments.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To design and deliver structured change management and communication initiatives that enable effective adoption of IT and digital transformation programs across business segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute change management and communication strategies for transformation programs
• Develop communication materials and engagement campaigns
• Build and support digital champion networks and communities
• Organize workshops, town halls, and engagement events
• Measure sentiment, feedback, and change readiness
