Key Responsibilities:
• Advise IT group on software procurement and agreements
• Negotiate master services agreements and SaaS contracts
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in digital operations
• Research and prepare briefs on compliance issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and outside counsel
Requirements:
• Minimum of four years post-call experience
• Member in good standing with Law Society of Alberta
