Technology Resilience & Risk Improvement Lead

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is looking for a leader to drive the Enterprise Technology Resilience Programme across EMEA/APAC. In this role, you'll ensure effective execution of resilience activities, including scenario testing and incident management, while providing detailed reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with business and technology partners to drive accountability for resilience outcomes. The role is full-time and requires at least four days in the office each week, fostering a culture of collaboration.
