Technology Training Coordinator (Ciudad Juárez)

The Training Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and maintaining training activities that support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, engineering changes, and compliance requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role ensures that all training assignments, curricula, and job-based training records are properly managed in Compliance Wire while supporting cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, Documents, and Records Management.

Define and implement training strategies in Compliance Wire to support NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

Create, administer, and maintain training curricula and Job-Based Training (JBT) within Compliance Wire.

Review and approve training-related tasks in Windchill associated with NPI projects and engineering changes.
