Position Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality after-sales technical service by managing the warranty process, reviewing returned products, and controlling parts and accessories inventory. This position plays a key role in product evaluation, warranty validation, and technical review of defective units, ensuring efficient resource management and achievement of financial targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, inspect, and technically evaluate returned and defective products to determine warranty validity and proper disposition (repair, replacement, reclassification, or scrap).
• Manage and administer the warranty portal, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
• Control and document defective product returns, ensuring traceability and compliance.
