Técnico de Operações e Manutenção 3/TRS

Field Operator III (Ops.Fldopt. OTR.III) – Geozone Operations. Reports to Operations Manager, Supervisor, Crew Leader, or Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Weatherford’s Security, Compliance, HSE policies, legal regulations, and industry practices.
• Place safety, health, and environmental protection at the core of all activities, avoiding any risk to employees, processes, customers, or communities.
• Continuously seek improvements in health, safety, security, and environmental protection by identifying vulnerabilities and applying best business practices.
• Adhere to Weatherford’s quality policies and actively support the management system’s compliance and improvement.
• Perform duties in line with documented policies and standard operating procedures, including safety meetings, toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analyses, and timely reporting of issues.
