Assistant Crop Maintenance

We are looking for a Assistant Crop Maintenance who, under the supervision of the Station Manager and together with the farm team, will take part in the daily management of our experimental farms in Bellavista (El Ejido).

You will be responsible for crop production and maintenance activities, including greenhouse preparation, sowing, transplanting, crop nutrition and irrigation, crop protection, disease and climate control, rotation planning, and general farm maintenance. The work is performed in close collaboration with the Station Managers and the rest of the farm team, fostering strong communication and teamwork across all departments.
