Telecaller/ Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate interest in our products services.
• Skillfully identify customer needs and pain points during conversations to tailor your pitch effectively.
• Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our offerings highlighting key benefits and solutions.
• Effectively overcome objections and address customer concerns with confidence and a problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
• Have 0-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and active listening skills in English.
• Exhibit strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to build rapport and secure commitments.
