Telecommunications Engineer for Radio Systems

Job Description:An opportunity for a Radio Systems Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Radio Systems Department.The main tasks and responsibilities include:Radio system integration in EF2000 platform.Involvement in other Airbus DS Military Aircraft platforms (C295, MRTT, A400M, ED, SIRTAP)Allocating aircraft requirements to a Communications System.Defining the architecture and specifications of the Communications system.Elaborating engineering design documentation.Being responsible of Communications system design, integration, qualification and certification.Supporting feasibility studies for new products/user needs, etc.Supplier technical managementSupporting the whole design process including design review meetingsSupporting to meetings with end customerSupporting Certification and Qualification process.Supporting Technical Publications (AFM, FCOM, etc.)Supporting transversal areas such as Services, Production, Pr...
