Job Summary

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws. This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES‑CT Apodaca facility is in full compliance. Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving IMMEX, ANNEX 24/30, PROSEC, VAT‑IEPS, AEO & CTPAT program status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi‑monthly declarations.
• Ensure data integrity of Annex 24 system.
• Generate reports for KIP's that demonstrate compliance with established requirements as required by Trade Compliance Supervisor.
