About Executive Mental Health's Telehealth service Since 2020, EMH has used Telehealth to provide remote assessment and treatment of the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional conditions of patients without leaving their home or care facility. EMH offers Telehealth services using a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform which allows patients, residents family members, and skilled nursing facility management. About the Telehealth Medical Assistant Role: As an essential part of the care team, the Telehealth Medical Assistant acts as a Telehealth Concierge and ensures residents receive the quality care they need from the clinicians, while respecting social distancing and safety measures. An extension of the clinical team, they coordinate the visits to the patients, take the Telehealth tablet from room to room and offer a warm interface before the doctor begins their therapy session.
